How to order:
Send an email including the size of the painting you would like, and your wedding date. Also let me know if you want something specific to be captured from your day, like the first dance or the first kiss. If you’re having a portrait made for someone who’s already married, go ahead and include the photograph you want painted, or a selection if you’d like me to choose.
I’ll send you an invoice, and you pay a 50% deposit to claim your space on my calendar.
For live portraits, I will come to your wedding venue one to three hours before the ceremony (depending on the size of your piece) and start painting the background. during the ceremony, I’ll film on my phone and choose my look from the video. If we didn’t discuss it ahead of time, I usually choose the first kiss. You will likely see the finished painting by the end of the night! If you had a larger size and the painting will take longer, I’ll bring it home to my studio and finish it up.
For portraits from photographs, please allow three to four weeks to paint your piece.
Once I’m finished, I’ll send you a picture to make sure you’re happy. If necessary, I can make adjustments to make sure everything is just as you like it! When you’re pleased, you pay the remaining 50% of your commission fee.
I’ll ship your painting, or you may pick it up from the studio in person. Allow three business days and I will send a tracking number when I have it.
Enjoy your painting!
